In his current role, Seker drives Binance’s growth across APAC by fostering strategic partnerships, engaging with policymakers, and supporting responsible innovation. His leadership focuses on expanding compliant access to digital assets while strengthening Binance’s presence across the region’s diverse and rapidly evolving markets.

Praneeth Srikanti is the Investment Partner and Co-founder at Ethereal Ventures, where he focuses on backing high-potential Web3 and blockchain startups. Previously, he was part of the investment team at Consensys and began his career at Microsoft.

He brings expertise across venture capital, blockchain innovation, and the digital asset ecosystem, supporting founders as they build and scale transformative technologies.

Eva Wong is General Counsel at Parity Technologies, with over 20 years of experience navigating legal and regulatory challenges across the technology sector. Having held roles at the BBC and LexisNexis, she now focuses on blockchain, DAOs, governance, and liability. Eva helps organizations and audiences understand the practical legal implications of Web3 and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Prabal Banerjee is Co-founder of Avail and a researcher focused on cryptography and blockchain infrastructure. He led the implementation of Avail's Data Availability layer in 2020 and has driven research into scalable blockchain technologies.

His interest in cryptography began in 2013, leading him into blockchain research in 2016. Having interned at IBM and Oracle, Prabal combines deep technical expertise with a passion for advancing next-generation decentralized systems.

Sanat Rao leads DeFi strategy at Monarq Asset Management, an institutional digital asset investment manager. He oversees on-chain yield strategies, curated vaults, and protocol partnerships, with a focus on strategy design and risk management.

His work is centered on bridging institutional capital with decentralized finance by building disciplined, risk-managed investment products for the evolving digital asset ecosystem.

Dilip Chenoy is Chairperson of the Bharat Web3 Association, where he works to advance India's Web3 ecosystem through industry collaboration and policy engagement.

Previously, he served as Secretary-General of FICCI, MD & CEO of NSDC, Director-General of SIAM, and Deputy Director-General of CII, bringing decades of leadership experience across policy, skills development, manufacturing, and industry advocacy.

Sumit Gupta is the Co-founder of CoinDCX and an IIT Bombay alumnus, widely recognised for helping spark India’s crypto revolution. A visionary entrepreneur and technology leader, he built CoinDCX into India’s first crypto unicorn and has played a pivotal role in driving the adoption and growth of the digital asset ecosystem.

Sumit is also a founding member of the Bharat Web3 Association and an active voice in shaping the VDA narrative in India. His contributions have earned him several accolades, including Fortune 40 Under 40, Forbes 30 Under 30, Web3 Entrepreneur of the Year by Economic Times, Indian Achievers Award, CEO of the Year 2020, and recognition on the Hurun India list.

Ashish Singhal is Co-founder of CoinSwitch and Lemonn. Since co-founding CoinSwitch in 2017 with Govind Soni and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, he has grown it into one of India's largest crypto platforms, serving over 25 million users, while leading the launch of Lemonn, now used by over 2 million investors.

Previously, Ashish worked at Amazon and Livspace, and also co-founded CRUXPay, a blockchain identity protocol. A Computer Science graduate from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi, he has spent over a decade building consumer technology products at scale.

Saumya Saxena is the Global Builder Lead for Base, Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2, where he leads builder programs and initiatives across international markets. With over 13 years of experience, he has worked as a founder, operator, and investor across the startup ecosystem.

He is also the founder of Inner Circle, one of the world's largest AI and blockchain developer communities, with an early career spanning consulting, investment banking, and fintech entrepreneurship.

Amanda Cassatt is the founder and CEO of Serotonin. Amanda previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of ConsenSys from 2016 through 2019. Joining one year after the launch of Ethereum, Amanda played a crucial role in defining, creating, and growing the narrative for ConsenSys, Ethereum, and blockchain overall.

Amanda is the author of the world's first Web3 marketing book, Web3 Marketing: A Handbook for the Next Internet Revolution, and the host of Serotonin’s flagship podcast, Endgame.

Ronak Jethava is the Head of UAE at Startale Group, leading the company's strategic expansion across the Middle East. He drives initiatives spanning Web3, onchain finance, AI, and digital infrastructure while building partnerships that accelerate enterprise adoption.

He works across Startale's flagship solutions, including Soneium and Strium, while advancing stablecoin adoption and the Startale SuperApp to bridge traditional finance with decentralized technologies.

Roshan Prabhakar leads product for India, EMEA, international payments, and regulatory initiatives at Coinbase. He has over a decade of experience across fintech, payments, and product leadership, with previous roles at PayU, Flipkart, and Boston Consulting Group.

At Coinbase, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s India strategy, driving product innovation, and expanding access to crypto through localized payment experiences.

Cal Evans is a Managing Associate at Gresham International and an international lawyer with deep expertise in digital assets and iGaming. He advises across global markets on the legal and regulatory frameworks shaping emerging technologies.

Vineet Budki is the CEO of Sigma Capital, a UAE-based investment firm focused on the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem. With deep experience across venture capital and technology innovation, Vineet has been instrumental in backing and scaling some of the most promising Web 3.0 projects globally.

Kunaal Patel brings over a decade of experience working with leading global financial institutions, digital asset companies, and fintechs. Prior to Ondo, he led the commercial business at Partior, a joint venture between Temasek, J.P. Morgan, Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank, and DBS.

Punit Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of KoinX, a platform simplifying crypto taxation and accounting for users worldwide. He is passionate about making digital asset compliance more accessible through technology-driven solutions.

Before founding KoinX, he led the $450 million Crypto Relief Fund and has advised blockchain projects across NFTs, DeFi, and the Web3 creator economy, bringing deep expertise to the digital asset ecosystem.

Amit is Partner at Borderless Capital, managing investments in Web3 startups and helping them scale. Prior to Borderless, Amit was Founding Principal at Unicorn India Ventures and Advisor at Woodstock Fund. Dharamveer Singh Chouhan is Founder of Zostel and Zo World & Group CEO, building an interconnected travel ecosystem spanning stays, experiences and community-led travel.
