Ruben Bombardi is General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Enablement at VARA, with over 20 years of experience in financial markets, fintech, and regulatory compliance. A dual-qualified lawyer, he has held senior roles at Standard Chartered, MUFG, Barclays, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

He has led cross-border transactions, advised on complex legal matters, and driven fintech initiatives across global institutions. At VARA, he plays a key role in shaping forward-looking regulatory frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, and sustainable growth in the virtual assets ecosystem.

Mr. Hoang Viet Anh is the Chief Executive Officer of LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company (LPBS), part of the LPBank financial ecosystem in Vietnam, which includes the crypto exchange LPEX. He plays a key role in bridging traditional finance with emerging digital asset markets.

With a background in finance and capital markets, he focuses on advancing institutional adoption, financial infrastructure, and innovation across Vietnam’s evolving Web3 and securities landscape.

David Rogers is CEO for Asia-Pacific at B2C2, with over 26 years of experience in financial markets. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in London and later worked at UBS in Tokyo and Hong Kong in equity program and electronic trading roles.

He later served as APAC Head of Trading at State Street Global Advisors before moving into digital assets in 2020. At B2C2, he leads the firm’s institutional offering across Asia-Pacific.

Vugar Usi is an award-winning business leader and communications strategist with 15 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, tech unicorns, and Web3 leaders. As Chief Operating Officer at MEXC, he drives global expansion, international compliance, product innovation, and CSR initiatives. Previously, as COO of Bitget, he scaled the platform from a top-20 exchange to the world’s second-largest, growing users to 120 million. A Harvard and Oxford alumnus, Vugar brings globally attuned, pragmatic leadership to fast-evolving markets.

John Cahill is Chief Operating Officer for Galaxy Digital Asia, where he has led the growth of the regional business since 2021. He focuses on advancing institutional trading and building strong teams across the digital asset industry.

Prior to joining Galaxy, he spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs, leading hedge fund financing, securities lending, and delta-one derivatives across Asia-Pacific markets.

Kevin Lee is Chief Business Officer at Gate and former CEO of Gate.HK. A crypto pioneer since 2013, he brings over 20 years of experience in algorithmic trading and AI-driven finance.

He previously held leadership roles at JPMorgan, Macquarie Group, and BNP Paribas, and helped launch Yelp in Hong Kong. Kevin holds dual bachelor’s degrees from University of Hong Kong.

Leonard Hoh is President of Bitstamp by Robinhood’s Asia-Pacific business, bringing over two decades of experience in financial services, including digital assets since 2021.

He has held roles across wealth management and wholesale banking at Standard Chartered, ANZ, and ING, and now leads the exchange’s regional growth from its licensed operations in Singapore.

Hilmar Veigar Pétursson has led CCP Games as CEO since 2004, driving the company’s sustained growth and global impact. A passionate advocate for virtual worlds, he believes in the power of games to foster meaningful social connections and shared experiences.

Cris D. Tran is a Core Contributor at Open Campus, leading initiatives across Southeast Asia. He previously served as Web3 General Manager at The Sandbox, where he helped scale the APAC ecosystem to one million users.

He was also CEO of Infinity Blockchain Holdings in Japan and played a leadership role in Garena’s 2017 Nasdaq IPO. Cris is also co-founder of MoneyFi.

Justin Kim is Head of Asia at Ava Labs, supporting the Avalanche ecosystem and leading business development and ecosystem growth across Asia, including Korea, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.

He has driven Avalanche adoption through partnerships with SK Group, Alipay, Grab, Toyota, and SMBC Group, and previously worked at Korea Development Bank.

Rania Rahardja is Director, APAC at Ondo Finance, where she leads GTM for exchanges and wallet partners, driving distribution of tokenized treasuries and US public equities across the region.

She began her career at Barclays and later worked in the CEO Office for Barclays Europe. Rania holds degrees from University College London and University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

Jason Tay is an entrepreneurial business leader with experience across traditional finance, corporate banking, fintech, and the Web3 industry. He is also an international speaker, host, and moderator, and has served as an Adjunct Lecturer on Web3 and Digital Finance at Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences, and ESSEC Business School.

He currently serves as CEO of HashKey OTC Singapore, a Major Payments Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, specializing in digital assets and blockchain technology.

Karan Gandhi is a Partner at Cypher Capital, a $100M blockchain-focused venture fund based in Dubai. Previously, he worked as a senior venture architect building technology startups for the UAE’s largest licensing authority.

A crypto investor since 2017, he advises startups on fundraising, business models, and market strategy, with experience across venture capital, private equity, and banking.

Takatoshi Shibayama is Head of APAC at Ledger, leading regional growth and delivering digital asset security solutions for Web3 companies and institutions. He brings over 17 years of experience as an analyst and investor, starting his career at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs.

He later joined Davidson Kempner Capital Management, co-founded 3D Investment Partners in Singapore, and previously served as Head of Revenue APAC at Copper.

Seiji Yuki has over a decade of experience across securities, futures trading, and hedge fund businesses. He is recognized as a pioneer in FX margin trading in Japan.

He co-founded the Japan Cryptoasset Business Association in 2016 and serves as Executive Managing Director of the Japan Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association, a self-regulatory body overseeing VASPs and stablecoin issuers.

Yan Shan Tan is Head of APAC at Figment, a provider of blockchain infrastructure and institutional staking solutions. He leads regional strategy and growth, supporting institutions in accessing secure and scalable participation in digital asset networks.

Previously, he led institutional business development for Greater China and Southeast Asia at Anchorage Digital and earlier worked as an FX and precious metals specialist at Deutsche Bank.

Adam Nguyen is Executive Director at Sora Ventures, an APAC-focused digital asset venture capital firm and early backer of Metaplanet. He leads the firm’s Vietnam office, driving initiatives to establish Vietnam’s first publicly listed Bitcoin Digital Asset Treasury company.

Dan Sun is APAC GTM Lead at Alchemy and a former member of Google’s APAC Startup Team, with a strong background in fintech and scaling high-growth startups.
