The Arbitration shall be held in UAE. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

 

  1.  Payment and Refund Policies

6.1 Payments

 

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payments are accepted through major credit/debit cards, or direct bank transfers.
  • A payment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours of payment.


6.2 Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event date are eligible for an 85% refund, with 15% retained for administrative costs.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations within 27 days of the event. Instead, a credit note may be provided for future events or services.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.


6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

 

  • If Aeternum cancels or postpones an event, participants will receive a credit note for 100% of the paid fee, redeemable within one year.
  • In force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, war, public health emergencies), Aeternum assumes no liability for cancellations or changes.
  1.  Additional Terms for UAE Events
  • The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile, and UAE laws govern transactions and disputes for events held in this jurisdiction.
  • Payments made via Visa or MasterCard in AED will be reflected as such on the receipt.
  • Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or make transactions on the website.
  • Users must retain a copy of transaction records, relevant policies and rules.
  • Aeternum will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
  1.  Advertising and Sponsorship

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Aeternum assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies in advertising or sponsorship materials.

 

  1.  Modifications to Terms

Aeternum reserves the right to update these terms at its discretion. Updates will be reflected on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review these terms periodically.

 

  1.  User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Any actions taken under a user’s account are their responsibility. Aeternum is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
